I just bought an M8 yesterday. They told they almost didn't use it and in console it said 4h... Still it had the servo problem. I ripped it out to see what the issue was and found that the server it self worked fine, but the positioning was the problem. on the back og the servo there is a potentiometer that wasn't that good. I opened the box into the gears so I could manually give the meter some motion. When all put together it had helped, but not 100%. When I raise or lover the resistance, the numbers sometimes flicker and when it does that, I can see that the servo didn't move. So it gives some offset that way. It's working for now and I may also just buy a new servo, but if someone with more knowlege in electronic parts could look into it, it should be possible to just replace the potentiometer. Im just a normal electrician my selv, so a little insecure there..

Thank you for this. I feel after my radiator overheated when they replaced that. They didn’t do or suggest the thermostat. Which in turn I’ve heard can affect my transmission fluids not properly heating as it should and can be “a” cause to why my Bravada wants to not shift properly when at median of temp gauge. So I wanna try this and see and go from there. Thanks great video 👌🏻and lotsa light. Other than another video I tried to watch that someone else made tho. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

New subscriber. Just picked up a Rust free 2013 Equinox from Vegas. Drove it back to MN. I looked for the Service Bulletin. Did I miss it in the comments some place? I have the Stability control system error. My left front wheel sensor would read correctly until it got warm, and then go to zero. The tip of the sensor is split. If I put it back into the hole with the hub spinning, it actually jumps up, I can push it back down. It's like there's a cam inside. Sensor ring coming apart? Time for a new hub?

Does the large long adjuster nut turn on the cable or does the entire cable spin with it? Can’t seem to get mine to turn. Thanks

Your plastic gear inside servo is stripped and will get worse over time till it fails completely. The fix for this is to replace gear with brass one if you can find the right size!

I can’t get the washer hub back onto the bolt. The screw holes don’t line up and it’s very tight. I had to use a hammer to tap it down but it won’t go any further. There is now a 1/4 inch gap between hub and floor of basket. What do I do?
